Payments

Shipping & Delivery
- Orders ship from San Salvador, El Salvador.
- Standard delivery time: up to 7 business days (longer during peak seasons).
- International shipments may face customs clearance delays beyond our control.
Delivery Requirements: Orders must be received by an adult presenting valid identification. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate; incorrect or incomplete information may cause delays or cancellation.
Customs, Tariffs & Taxes
For shipments to the United States, taxes and fees are covered by LA PISKUCHA. For other destinations, duties or customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns & Exchanges
- Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.
- Refunds are processed 15–30 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
Exchanges: Customers are responsible for return and reshipping costs. Exchange orders ship after the returned item is approved.
Privacy & Data Protection
We follow current privacy standards. Your personal data is stored securely, used only for the purposes described above, and is not sold to third parties.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of El Salvador. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of Salvadoran courts.
